Q:How can we get samples from you?

A:Clients select the interested items, including product name and quantity
B: We need your address for checking air shipping cost.

C: We make Sample PI for you
D: You make the transfer
E: Samples will be sent out once we get the transfer, and we'll provide the UPS Tracking number.

Q: How many days do we need to wait for the samples?

A: If for our brand products, we can ship them out with 5 working days. If for OEM samples, 1 week is required to prepare samples. 

Q: What’s the MOQ?

A: Depends on what products that you need, if go with our brands, the MOQ is 100.

B: As for OEM, it depends on the carton,the label,the logo. the MOQ is 5,00pcs.

Q: Can we be your distributor? What’s the requirement of being distributors?

Q: What’s the delivery date?

A: If for our brand products, we’ll ship the goods within 3-5 working days. If for OEM products, it’s about 10-15days, depends on the quality packaging. 

Q: What’s your payment terms?

A: For those lower than USD15,000/order, need to pay 100% once confirming the order. For above amount, 40% deposit, and the balance before delivery date. And we accept LC also. 

Q: How can we pay you?

A: We accept Western Union, TT and LC, you can select which type is most suitable for you.
